Shipping Policy

Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. There are no minimum order values and no hidden charges at checkout.

Most orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 4pm are eligible for next day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Discreet Packaging

All Malebox Health orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of Malebox Health or the contents on the outside of the parcel. Your privacy matters to us, and we want the experience of ordering to feel as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

During busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is any delay to your order, we will contact you by email.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order is on its way. If you have not received your tracking information within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Packaging and Returns

Please keep your shipping box after your order arrives. If you need to return your order, the original box is required for the return journey. Instructions on how to return an item are included in your order confirmation email.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@maleboxhealth.com and we will look into it right away.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including postal service disruptions or extreme weather conditions. However, we will always do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Malebox Health cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@maleboxhealth.com and we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
