Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 
Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns on products sold.

Refunds
There may be certain exceptional circumstances when the service is not suitable for the end user. These cases will be assessed on a case by case basis.
